Marie Josiane Ngah
Project Coordinator for francophone West Africa
Marie Josiane is the West Africa Democracy Solidarity Network’s (WADEMOS) Project Coordinator for francophone West Africa.
She is a governance and public policy analyst and a monitoring and evaluation specialist in socio-economic development programs. She has a wealth of experience working with non-profit and international organizations to improve the use of evidence to inform policy and program design and implementation.
Prior to joining the Network, Marie Josiane was the Country Officer and Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Lead at PACKS Africa in Ghana. Before her role at PACKS Africa, she served at the African Union Commission Department of Trade and Industry as a Policy Analyst in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the International Relations Institute of Cameroon. She is also an alumna of the Building State Capability Program of the Center for International Development at Harvard University.
She is a member of the Africa Evidence Network based in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Jonah Eledi
Communications and Digital Platforms Officer
Jonah Eledi is the Communication and Digital Platforms Officer at the West Africa Democracy Solidarity Network. He is a journalist and communication professional.
Jonah previously worked with MX24 TV as a Reporter/ Producer and also worked as an online journalist/ Producer with Ghanaweb before joining MX24 TV. He reported mainly political stories and produced current affairs programs.
Jonah holds a Master’s Degree in Development Communication from the Ghana Institute of Journalism, and Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies (Public Relations), from the same University, where he was awarded the ‘Most Promising Public Relations Student’.
Jonah earned a Diploma in French (B2 certificate) from Alliance Francaise, Accra, Ghana. He is an Affiliate Member of the Institute of Public Relations, Ghana.
Emmanuel Yeboah

Research Analyst
Emmanuel Yeboah is an Assistant Research Analyst at the West Africa Democracy Solidarity Network (WADEMOS).
Prior to joining WADEMOS Network, Emmanuel worked as a Research Assistant at the Ghana Center for Democratic Development (CDD-Ghana), a leading think tank that focuses on the promotion of free, peaceful, and well-governed democracies in Ghana and in Africa.
He worked on several research projects and interventions in the fields of human rights, social accountability, local government and decentralization reforms, and women and youth inclusion in the decision-making process.
Emmanuel holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations and Diplomacy and a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography and Resource Development with History from the University of Ghana.
He is a fellow of the West Africa Election Observers Network Academy program.

David Asante-Darko is a Research Assistant at the West Africa Democracy Solidarity Network (WADEMOS).
Asante-Darko has over seven (7) years of experience in quality control and research working with institutions such as the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). He also previously worked at Sinapi Aba Savings and Loans Ltd, where he performed risk assessment duties at the Credit Control Unit.
Asante-Darko has taught courses in Risk Management and Operations Research at the Christian Service University College and is an editor for Cogent Integrity, a research and writing organization in Accra that has been in operation for over 6 years.

Bilingual Project Assistant
Grace Mawusi Annor is the Bilingual Project Assistant of the West Africa Democracy Solidarity Network (WADEMOS) project.
Prior to joining WADEMOS Network, Grace worked as a Student Program Coordinator at a consortium of British universities, the Northern Consortium of United Kingdom (NCUK), Accra Study Centre. She has also previously served at the Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff College (GAFCSC) registry.
She also has experience working at the Kofi Annan International Peace Keeping Training Centre (KAIPTC) where she was involved in the implementation of leading projects such as Inspiring African Women Leaders in Peace and Security (IAWL-PS) and the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence 2021 Campaign at the Women, Peace and Security Institute (WPSI).
Having lived in Ivory Coast and Togo, Grace has multicultural exposure and speaks fluent French and English.
Grace holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology with Geography and Resource Development from the University of Ghana. She also earned her basic and high school education in Cote d’Ivoire and Togo.

Gender Diversity and Inclusion Officer
Divine Ntiamoah Berko is the Gender Diviersity and Inclusion officer for the West Africa Democracy Solidarity Network’s (WADEMOS) Project.
Specializing in Sexual Reproductive Health and Right (SRHR), gender and governance, Divine has over a decade of experience working with people of different cultures, race, age and marginalized groups such as women, Persons living with Disability (PWDs), young people, LGBTQ, Sex workers, among others.
Prior to joining WADEMOS Network, Divine Ntiamoah Berko worked as a Project Coordinator on the USAID-funded Ghana Strengthening Accountability Mechanism Activity (GSAM) implemented by CARE International in Ghana. Before her role at CARE International she worked at Hope for Future Generations as the Regional Project Coordinator in Northern Ghana.
She holds a Master’s degree in Governance and Sustainable Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Sociology from the University of Cape Coast. She is a member of SDG goal 5 group in Ghana and an advocate for girls and women empowerment.
